Community Room


The West Hollywood Gateway makes its Community Room available as an amenity to the local community.

The room is available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sundays, special consideration only.  Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.  The room can ONLY be reserved for one day at a time to give equal opportunity to all our members of the community.

The Community Room is located at Suite 152 on the first floor and has a capacity of approximately 45 people.  Setup and breakdown of the room is your responsibility.  Please allow time at the end of your meeting to return the room to its original condition.

To reserve the Community Room, complete and return the reservation form to Property Management office by faxing it to (323) 785-2566 bringing it to Parking Level P1, Suite 70 Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

While the Community Room is provided at no charge­, parking validations require purchasing vouchers from the AMPCO Parking Office on P1 at Formosa entrance/exit.  Please call them directly to arrange any special parking deals you may need.They can be reached at (323) 785-2567.
